Boys & Girls Aid Society Lead Abatement and Rehabilitation

The Boys & Girls Aid Society of Oregon owns a fourplex home in downtown Beaverton, Oregon. When they acquired the property, their mission for it was to renovate in multiple phases including lead abatement, interior rehab and exterior rehab. There were two fires in the fourplex throughout its life leaving extensive fire damage. Boys & Girls selected us to do the first two phases of the renovation of the building. Our work on the project involved lead-based paint abatement of the exterior siding as well as the exterior renovation and weatherization of the home. The exterior renovation included a new roof, windows, doors, siding and paint. The project was completed in late 2012 and we couldn't be more honored to have worked for such an important local organization.
