Ardea Corner

Ardea Corner is a 5,300 square foot mixed-use, four-unit building designed by Andrews Architects. Jim Andrews and Martha Peck Andrews, as Andrews Architects, have been designing award-winning projects in Portland since 1978. Ardea Corner is both home and office to the Andrews. Cityhouse Builders was honored to serve as their General Contractor for the project. 

Amenities include solar panels, above window louvers, cable rails, a fire sprinkler system, and bike racks.
